How are balloons cared for?

Balloons are inflated close to your event and kept away from heat and direct sun. We discuss storage and display details during booking.

Rescheduling requests should be sent at least several days before your event. Where weather may affect outdoor setups, we will discuss alternatives with you in advance. Your contact details are used only to manage your booking and are not shared with third parties. Final decoration designs depend on the venue and are confirmed in writing before setup.
